This design/build competition is for complete plans for a multi-use central plaza and pavilion for Jefferson Heights Park.

The winning entry should be an innovative design, incorporate sustainable design and construction practices, bring distinction to the Jefferson Heights community and contribute to the neighborhood’s continued revitalization.

Entrants are encouraged to design holistically, ecologically, and respectfully, minimizing the carbon footprint of their design while maximizing usability, site opportunity, sustainable design and smart construction techniques.
